Cancellation / Changes Orders

Once an order is placed with Radiator Express ®, the information is forwarded to the region closest to you for immediate processing. Our fast processing assures that we have time to double check the availability of your product and ensure its timely shipment to you. Due to this same process, it is very hard for a Radiator Express ® employee to stop an order from shipment and or change information such as delivery address.

HOW TO CANCEL 
Contact our sales staff immediately via phone  866-723-3977 (extension 1)
Provide ORDER ID, reason for cancellation.
Unable to reach our sales department?  Submit an email request

Please note that a minimum 10% and maximum 20% restocking fee will apply to all canceled orders. The moment you place an order, the restocking fee may apply, as orders are fed live to our warehouse network.

We thank you in advance for understanding we have no exceptions to our cancellation policy.  We appreciate your making sure you need a part prior to ordering it.

If you have received an email notification stating your order is processing, order has shipped and or order is completed we cannot stop, change or cancel your order.  

To return, either refuse the shipment at point of delivery and or ship the item back after receiving a case number and return address from our support department.  (Submit an email request for return authorization)
