Radiator Express uses UPS, FEDEX, and ONTRAC for deliveries.
Tracking numbers are generally emailed / posted to online accounts 24-36 hours after orders have left the shipping facility. These tracking numbers comes directly from your shipment carrier.
If after the allocated 24-36 hours you have not received a tracking number, contact us through the support system email or chat. Include your order number and or full name on all correspondence.
If you have placed your order via phone or Internet, please check your e-mail for a tracking number before contacting our support center. If a tracking number has been emailed, your response may be delayed.
