FedEx Damage Claim:
Email pictures of the item (Focus in on damage)
Email pictures of the box (Focus in on damage)
We will submit a damage claim and have FedEx remove the item for return/inspection ( A FedEx call tag is issued and they come right to your home to pick up the unit)
Once back, we can reship or credit your card.
If in a hurry for a replacement, we STRONGLY suggest you reorder a replacement online. There is no method of rushing the FedEx 7-10 day pickup and return period.
