Return claims (We call them RMA's) are issued via our email ticketing agents. We generally respond within 24 hours via email reply
To file for a return, exchange, warranty etc, use our email form to initiate contact.
Fill out the form to the best of your ability and be certain to provide a valid email for response.
NEED A REPLACEMENT FAST??
If your part was damaged in shipping, has begun to leak and is under warranty, or you've just ordered incorrectly - we recommend that you reorder the part online as a brand new sale - it will ship entirely separate from your RMA case.
If you've received a custom part or performance upgrade that you cannot fit, we recommend ordering a stock replacement in its place.
Re-ordering as a new sale will ensure that your replacement arrives quickly, without having to wait for your RMA case to resolve or your returned part to arrive back to us before a re-ship takes place!
