Contact your shipper (800-PICK-UPS) Press zero for an operator and provide them the tracking number. Inform them the item is lost and ask to file a lost package investigation. They will begin the process and contact Radiator Express.
If you are in need for a replacement, reorder one via phone or online and we will assuredly credit your original order in full once the tracer is finalized or they locate and return the item to us.
Note: UPS often finds lost items and attempts to deliver them. If you have already ordered and received a replacement or canceled, attempt to refuse this unit. If unable to do so, we will have UPS retrieve and return the unit.
Rest assure, after UPS has completed its lost package tracer (5-10 business days) We will reship and or credit your card. You, our customer is insured against this type of loss.
If you have a lost package claim in process and would like a periodic update, contact UPS 800-PICK-UPS, press zero for an operator and provide them the tracking number. They can inform you whether the claim is open,pending, and or closed.
