Return Freight Policy, New and Used

Looking for prepaid return?  Below is a brief explanation of what we will and will not cover.

Radiator Express does NOT offer prepaid return:

Cancellations
Warranty submissions over 30 days from receipt
Warranty submissions submitted for cancellation
Fit Issues (All Aluminum Radiators, Classic Car Radiators pre 1980)
Incorrect Items (wrong core size, wrong item etc)

Radiator Express DOES offer return freight via prepaid email label on

Internal Error 
Shipping Damages (exchanged)
Fit issues due to a manufacturing defect or internal error
Warranty submission within 30 days on exchange orders (pictures must be provided via email to substantiate claim)

If you'd like to request prepaid freight return, we will compile a detailed case to determine the root of the issue.  This is done to be sure we solve this problem once for you and all customers that may order the same item in the future.

We suggest that you shop your return freight costs between UPS, FEDEX and United Postal Services.  If you are unable to ship an item back for a reasonable rate, a prepaid label can be offered to you by our team.  The cost of which would be deducted from your final refund.  (Generally our items are large and will cost $20-40 in return expenses).
