FIRST = do not return an item without a store issued RMA (return authorization number)
As per our terms and conditions of sale, you are required to notify us within 30 days of receipt. After that grace period, returns are not accepted. We will sometimes make an exception, but after 30 days can only accept the return back for store credit.
ALL returns must be new and accompanied by the original box. Related fees are explained in the Terms of sale articles.
File a return claim.
Receive an email response with the return address (24-48 hours later)
Ship the item with the provided reference numbers back to the return warehouse
Wait 2-3 weeks for credit to appear directly back to your bank or credit card via refund.
We can only refund the original card used.
We are unable to apply credits toward exchange or re-order. If you need another item, you reorder it online or via phone as a new order.
