Lost Packages

Your tracking number says delivered, but you don't have it?  Don't panic.. not just yet.

First, contact the shipper directly.  For UPS (800-PICK-UPS) for Fedex (800-GO-FEDEX)

Press zero for an operator and provide them the tracking number.  Inform them the package has not been delivered and you would like to process a lost package tracer.  (If unable to do this, you can contact our service department via email and we will gladly do so for you)

A lost package tracer can take from 5-10 days to complete.  9 out of 10 times, the shipper will find and deliver your package.

Check with neighbors and ask the shipper to have the local driver come back out to discuss where he or she dropped the package.  It may be on the side of your home from just left in the drivers truck by accident.

Don't want to wait on a lost package tracer?  Reorder a replacement via phone or online immediately.  We will get another going.  Lost packages are insured with our shippers.  After the investigation resolves you will be refunded for your order if per chance they do not find and deliver your item.

If you happen to reorder and the first item shows up, don't worry!  We'll have one of them removed and still get your refund moving!!
