No, swaps are not permitted through this service.
Returns are always directly credited back to the credit card used on the original order ID.
Replacements will be completely new orders.
If you order the wrong item and need to "swap"
1.) Reorder the correct item online or via phone
2.) Return the incorrect item with company issued return authorization number for refund to your card
