To check status of a warranty claim, just reply to the CASE you received via email with your return tracking number that illustrates the unit has been received back.
Often claims will take a couple weeks to resolve as the warehouse will need to inspect them. By replying to the CASE with your tracking once you already see it back, we can get a jump on the claim for you and update you as a response.
If you no longer have your CASE email, you can submit a new email, we will merge the accounts for you and reply.
