How To Use a Return Shipping Label

How will you receive your return label?
- Via email as a PDF attachment.  Labels issued are emailed only.  They will accompany your "CASE"

How to use this label?

First, print the label.  Prepare the item in the original box for return shipment.  Add additional packaging if required to prevent damage to the unit. (Newspaper etc. anything to help reinforce)  

Attach label to the box with tape.  Cover the original label and or remove the original label as to prevent any mis-routing.

All return packages can be given to any UPS driver or taken to any location of The UPS Store®, a UPS Drop Box, a UPS Customer Center, any Office Depot® or Staples® location, or any UPS Authorized Shipping Outlet. There is no charge to drop off a prepaid return package.

Remember to keep a record of the UPS tracking number (1Z number).  Once you see the item returned, email as a reply to your issued "Case" confirmation of receipt.
