Think we shipped the wrong part? Be sure to file a return form and let us know any of the following:
What is the issue with fitment?
What is the part number on the box?
What is the part number on the unit?
If you have replaced this with another vendor:
What part number worked?
What vendor or brand name did you use?
If you have inspected your original item:
Are there any identifiable numbers on the unit?
With some or all of the above answered we can start investigating why your item is not working for your application.
Provided the mistake is with the shipment vendor, we will have the unit removed and replaced free of charge.
All new items ordered are returnable when accompanied with the original box and claimed within 30 days from receipt.
Return information can be provided at your request if you do not want to continue with a part fit investigation.
If we can resell it, you can ship it in to our return center for refund. (Just ask for return instructions!!)
