Some important content here!  You returned an item and you want your money back.  Trust us, we are happy to give it to you.  Please see the information below regarding the general in house process and time delay for posting the credit.

Damaged Shipments

Damage claims are processed by the shipping company.  UPS / FEDEX etc.  They normally pickup the unit, ship to an inspection center, then return the item to the original shipping warehouse.  Once the item is back to our warehousing, it normally takes 2-3 weeks for the item to be processed and refund issued.

TIP: Keep a record of the return tracking number (Usually the original tracking number).  You can look right on the shipper's website to see when the item has returned.  You can gauge your refund time around that date.

New / Cancel / Defective Returns

The process is similar.  It will take a solid 2-3 weeks for the item to be credited.  In cases where you, the customer, has shipped the item back, keep reference of your return shipping number.  If you hear nothing in a month, reach out and provide this number so that we can check for any delay or error in the credit process.

When your credit is finalized, you will receive an email with a transaction ID number in the notes.  This number is your approval code and means that we have passed the information to your issuing bank.  The funds are normally available to you, or your card in 3-5 business days from date of that email.

Warranty claims filed over 30 days from purchase are valid for exchange only.  (No you can't just go buy else ware and be refunded.. be sure to see the warranty process prior to doing so!)

New Returns are accepted for cash back within 30 days from delivery only if accompanied by the original box.
