Submit a return ticket (email us) and provide the following details. Include as much as you can.
Dealer OEM , original part number
Part number you purchased that did work
What aftermarket vendor did you use
Compare unit received to online listing
If different , explain where/how
Return shipment can/will be offered only if a mistake is found at our error.
Resalable items can be returned for any reason accompanied by the original box as long as claimed within 30 days from receipt. Return freight is at the cost of the purchaser unless Radiator Express determines an error in our online listing.
Fit issues do not qualify for prepaid return. Many custom all aluminum replacements are not stock. Take your time prior to purchase to compare the unit listed online to your existing unit and or space to work with.
