If you log into your account and see nothing in order history, you may have 2 accounts in our system.
Our cart will not prevent you from making duplicate accounts with the same email. For this reason, you may need to check other possible passwords for the same email prior to emailing us.
We can locate and delete duplicate accounts on your behalf via email
